📝 How to order

Choose whether you want the bear with or without a stand (+€1.00).
When choosing hat engraving, select whether you would like a personal engraving inside the hat (+€2.50).
In the “With cap engraving” field, write your text as it should be engraved (e.g. “Papa Bear”).

Please ensure correct spelling, as I will use the text exactly as you provide it. The heart in the paw is included with every bear.

📦 Scope of delivery

You will receive a wooden bear in your chosen design:

With stand: The bear comes with a matching stand and stands securely.
Without a stand: The bear comes without a stand.
With cap engraving: Your desired text is engraved on the cap.

The decorations shown in the photos are not included in the delivery.

⏳ Production and shipping

Since each bear is made according to your specifications, the production time is approximately 1-2 business days. Shipping then takes place directly from Höchstädt an der Donau (Germany) in sturdy packaging.

🎅 Just in time for Christmas: Orders placed by December 12, 2026 will usually arrive before Christmas Eve.

The bear is a decorative item and not a toy. Due to the small parts, please keep it out of reach of children.
Since "With Engraved Hat" is a personalized product, exchanges or returns are not possible. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact me; I'll find a solution!
The hat's tip and details are cut from thin wood. Please handle the bear by its body and do not put any pressure on the hat.
Wood is a natural material. Slight variations in color and grain compared to the photo are normal and make each piece unique.
